Online Campus Scholarship Program
We acknowledge the huge under-representation of Black, Indigenous, People of Color and LGBTQ in the lash world, and we are committed to changing this. We believe that in order to stand by our mission statement of Diversity is the True Essence of Beauty we have to make the lash industry truly accessible to all. It is vital to encourage and support diversity in race, ethnicity, sexual orientation and gender identity in students, lash artists, educators, insiders and business owners.
The intention of this program is to elevate unheard voices, make the lash industry more accessible, and grant financial opportunities for those identifying as Black, Indigenous, People of Color and LGBTQ.
These opportunities will be awarded to two (2) individuals each season who show true passion, eagerness and willingness to advance their lash skills and seek to empower and encourage others.
This scholarship includes enrollment in three Borboleta Online Campus Courses: Lash 101, Lash 201, and Lash 401. The scholarship covers the cost of the awardee’s tuition, manuals and lash kits used during these trainings. Note: this does not include any required technology tools for online classes (i.e. laptops, tablets or mobile devices).
