A new level of predictability, Borboleta's Go-To Adhesive Collection has been exclusively developed with a custom formula providing immediate grab and shocking long-term retention you can count on. The best part? Once we finally nailed the perfect formula, we made it in three viscosities–Medium Thin, Medium, and Medium Thick. Whether you prefer something on the thinner or thicker side (or somewhere in-between), we've got you covered. 

To Use: Shake the bottle of adhesive for 30 seconds before dispensing each new drop. Dispense a new drop every 15-30 min allowing gravity to pull the adhesive drop out of the bottle. DO NOT squeeze the bottle.

    Warranty
    • Borboleta guarantees Adhesive quality for 3 months from the date of purchase or 4 weeks after the Adhesive is open.
    Recommendations
    • Borboleta recommends replacing opened adhesive bottles every 4 weeks to ensure product quality and consistency.
    • Borboleta recommends ordering adhesive on a monthly basis to ensure product quality and avoid issues with shelf-life and expiring product. Keep it fresh lash lovers!
    • Borboleta DOES NOT recommend “stocking up” on adhesive due to the limited shelf-life of the product.
    • Using fresh adhesive is critical for achieving the best retention and results for your clients. If in doubt, throw it out -- and use a fresh bottle

    SHIPPING POLICY

    Borboleta Beauty processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

    Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

     

    U.S. SHIPPING

    Standard Shipping: $8 3-5 Business Days

    2 Day Shipping: $30 2 Business Days (Expedited orders must be placed before 1:00 PM MST M-F in order to be shipped the same day)

    Overnight Shipping: $45 (Must be placed before 1:00 PM MST M-F in order to be shipped the same day)

    *Saturday Delivery: $60 (Must be placed before 1:00 PM MST on Friday in order to be shipped the same day and received on Saturday)
    *Available depending on delivery address

     

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Standard Canada Shipping: $15 Can take 15 or more days to arrive

    Canada Shipping: $30 Can take 10 days to arrive

    International Shipping: $30-$40 Varies depending on shipping address


    INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & LOST ORDERS:
    • We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot by marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.

    • If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

    • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

    • Customers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.


    Track Your Order

    Borboleta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package.


    Product Availability

    In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock and you will be refunded for that item. 

     

    RETURN POLICY - Professional Products

    Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please return within 60 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. A return label will be provided. After 60 days, the product is nonrefundable.

    If you are unhappy with your unopened and unused products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Borboleta Beauty is not responsible for covering these shipping costs.

    Borboleta Education Courses are transferable and are refundable only in the event that the student has not begun any portion of the course and has not opened the accompanying kit.  If you need to reschedule your course, please contact our education team at education@borboletabeauty.com. We require at least 2 weeks' notice for any changes regarding your course. Rescheduling fees may apply.

    Borboleta Beauty is an authorized retailer of Glamcor products, all warranties are through Glamcor. In the unlikely event that you are experiencing any issues with your Glamcor, please contact them directly. Email: realperson@glamcor.com

    RETURN POLICY - Lash Serum

    If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send us the product in its original packaging with a copy of your purchase receipt within (180) days of your purchase and you will receive a prompt refund. Communication of the reason for your dissatisfaction would be helpful and appreciated.

    When returning an item(s), you must include the following in order to receive a refund or exchange:

    1. All products being returned.
    2. All product packaging and your purchase receipt or a copy.
    3. All gifts with purchase associated with the purchase of the items being returned. We do not offer refunds or replacements for free products.
    4. Reason for dissatisfaction (optional, but appreciated)
