Private Label Education Package

PRIVATE LABEL EDUCATION PACKAGE

Our private label education package includes the kit you select, a branded manual and certificate with your logo on it. Manuals and certificates do not need to be purchased separately. 

To support you in your lash training, you will also receive a presentation for the technique you are teaching. Included in your first order will also be an extra manual for you to use as your trainer manual. For an additional trainer manual, please contact your account executive.

Once you order this private label education product on our site, you will receive an email with a link to fill out a form for each course you are teaching. Within that form you will enter in the names of each student so the certificates can be created accordingly. 

You can see what is included in each kit under "Kits". Exact products in kits are subject to change based on product availability.

Important: Orders begin processing upon completing the form mentioned above. Please note, private label education orders take 10 business days to process, so plan ahead! Any orders placed less than 10 business days prior to the course date may be delayed and if required or requested, additional shipping fees will be added to your order. Manuals and certificates are not sold separately. 

Additional products that you may want to utilize in your training are sold separately such as:

• Travel Bags

SHIPPING POLICY

Borboleta Beauty processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

U.S. SHIPPING

Standard Shipping: $8 3-5 Business Days

2 Day Shipping: $30 2 Business Days (Expedited orders must be placed before 1:00 PM MST M-F in order to be shipped the same day)

Overnight Shipping: $45 (Must be placed before 1:00 PM MST M-F in order to be shipped the same day)

*Saturday Delivery: $60 (Must be placed before 1:00 PM MST on Friday in order to be shipped the same day and received on Saturday)
*Available depending on delivery address

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard Canada Shipping: $15 Can take 15 or more days to arrive

Canada Shipping: $30 Can take 10 days to arrive

International Shipping: $30-$40 Varies depending on shipping address

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & LOST ORDERS:

• We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot by marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.
  
  
• If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
  
  
• If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
  
  
• Customers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.
  
  
  

Track Your Order

Borboleta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package.

Product Availability

In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock and you will be refunded for that item. 

RETURN POLICY - Professional Products

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please return within 60 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. A return label will be provided. After 60 days, the product is nonrefundable.

If you are unhappy with your unopened and unused products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Borboleta Beauty is not responsible for covering these shipping costs.

Borboleta Education Courses are transferable and are refundable only in the event that the student has not begun any portion of the course and has not opened the accompanying kit.  If you need to reschedule your course, please contact our education team at education@borboletabeauty.com. We require at least 2 weeks' notice for any changes regarding your course. Rescheduling fees may apply.
